AoH Prayer Team
Today was ok. Misty wasn’t so much depressed, but was still kinda in a foggy state. She’s been slower to respond to questions and has been sleeping more. I’m not worried, but if God didn’t already prove to me that he was in the middle of this mess, I might be. Please pray that she is back to her fun self soon (and of course, that she is restored to full health!). We see our new general practitioner on monday. I’m hoping that goes well also. Olivia is sick…so she is at Misty’s parents place. I won’t let anyone who has even seen a sick person near misty right now…even my daughter :)
My sister in-law, Genevieve, is part of the core team working on Anthem of Hope (there are about 7 of us who work on this at some level each day). Please read the note below from her. It is important.
While this project is under construction, it is pivotal to its success that is covered in abundant prayer. We are calling for people who will not only support this endeavor through prayer, but will truly share its vision. With that said, we are putting together a dynamic prayer team which will include a leader who will further delegate specific prayer needs while keeping the group accountable and updated. If you can dedicate time everyday to cover this project in prayer, please contact me at prayer@anthemofhope.com. Also, it is just as critical that those who want to be part of the prayer-team share the faith that Darren has expressed over the last few months- that God not only can heal but He will heal. You do not need to be perfect in the slightest, you just need to have that child like faith that Abraham had. This call for a prayer team is not to discourage others from praying, nor is it to suggest that others prayers aren’t important or valuable. We ask and encourage everyone reading to remember this project in their prayers. The team is simply an avenue to ensure that the project is consistently being covered in prayer.
One goal of the project is to encourage and equip those who are ill with the faith of Abraham. For further reading, this is how Paul explains it in the book of Romans, chapter 4: abrahamsfaith.pdf
Thank you in advance for you support.

Just catching up…
I love to hear what God is doing in the midst of the fire. My brother called me the other day and gave me a couple of verses. I hope they bless you as they did me!
Isaiah 43:1-3a
1 But now, this is what the LORD says—
he who created you, O Jacob, (O Darren)
he who formed you, O Israel: (O Misty)
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
3 For I am the LORD, your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior;
Always praying and believing! Doubt in the mind is not doubt in the heart. You keep the faith – many are with you, holding your arms up in prayer! God is faithful.
Hey brother Darren this morning it was warm to my heart to read your post .. last night I sat here and wrote to you but have no idea what I did to erase the entire massage .. so I said Lord I guess .. no I know that I need not to say what I had wrote and you know better then I so I guess the message was for me .. in the message I thought or was thinking to hard what to say about keeping the faith that gives us the strength .. but you already have that faith .. after I read your Thursday’s post .. my heart felt the pain .. my heart has suffered that pain for the only woman we love … but I also know the God we serve and He is faithful .. God once again proved to me that as I was to write how after our weakest day the next day His strength brings us to a better day .. a stronger self .. so when you think you have doudt and feel yourself tired .. stand still and rest and Jesus already is carrying your load..
and again I was so happy to read about your better day and better ones are just ahead . God bless you and Misty and Olivia who I pray that she soon feels healthy .. Tbone out
